Store Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.  Deposits on all merchandise are non-refundable. All merchandise is sold as is. Dresses By Russo is not responsible for any alterations those services come with an additional cost. 

Special Order Agreement

All special orders must be paid in full in advance. 

Delivery on most special orders is an estimated 2 - 24 weeks. There is a possibility that the manufacturer will have the correct size, color and style in their stock. Because of this, delivery time could be very short. Dresses By Russo does not extend pick-up time to accommodate an early arrival nor are we responsible for delays beyond our control including, but not limited to, delays from the manufacturer.


Damas and Bridesmaid orders will not be placed until all attendants have provided measurements and paid for their dress in full. Rush shipments, must be paid for at the time of order (if available). 

Special orders are to be paid in full and picked up 30 days after arrival. Pick-up date is anytime within these 30 days. You will be notified via a phone call of your merchandise arrival. 
Manufacturers allow us 5 days to make any manufacturing defect claims.  Our store recommends customers inspect their merchandise within 5 days of its arrival.  It is advised to try-on your items, and/or inspect them, before leaving.  We recommend customers pick up their items as soon as they arrive.


 Make sure Dresses By Russo has the correct contact phone number in their database. If you send someone else to pick up your merchandise, you assume all responsibility as it leaves our store.  Once items leave the store we are not responsible for making any concessions.

The purchaser has consulted the manufacturer’s size chart and agrees to the size being ordered. The purchaser also agrees, that they have not in any way been influenced to order a particular size by an employee of Dresses By Russo. Dresses By Russo will not be held responsible for any measurement. The size selected is the total responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser understands there will not be any exchanges for size, cancellations or refunds.


Dresses are not custom made to customer’s measurements and in most cases additional tailoring is necessary. 


Alterations on your garment are an additional charge and will be put into the production schedule as time permits.  Alteration appointments must be prescheduled and may require multiple fittings.  Garment MUST be paid off BEFORE fitting.  Please bring shoes and/or any undergarments you will be wearing with dress to your appointment.  Failure to bring abovementioned items to your appointment will result in a rescheduling of appointment.  
Dresses By Russo cannot guarantee your garment will be completed before the wear date if customer cancels scheduled fittings.  Prices will be quoted by seamstress/tailor during first fitting.  Prices vary depending on dress. 
On the chance our in house seamstress is booked, we can link you with outside seamstresses/tailors who we work closely with.  Dresses By Russo does not have any control over their pricing or scheduling.
